4076. And ye know that with all my strength I have served your father. That this signifies that it was from His own power, is evident from the signification of "serving," as being study (see n. 3824, 3846); but as being His own power when predicated of the Lord (see n. 3975, 3977); and still more so when it is said, "with all my strength."
